And by fan I mean not one of my friends that checks out of obligation and boredom at work, though I do love you for it and I'm glad to provide 15 seeconds of distraction. This was sent in my an actual reader that I don't know! YESSSSSS. Finally, the big time. This wonderfully ugly cake was sent in by Trish of www.tinygrass.com fame.
This cake isn't even that ugly really, its just a colorful mess and I like it. Action shot...

And the aftermath.

In Trish's words:
"This is what happens when you give your unschooled kids free reign to dump as much of the various sprinkles in the house on top of the cake as they want. Also, the cake itself was a desperation cake - no chocolate in the house, very little supplies. The only thing I could come up with in a pinch was a lemon cake with a lemon juice/confect. sugar glaze. So at least in intention, this is an ugly sheet cake. Or maybe a beautiful ugly sheet cake. Depend on how you look at it."
Indeed.
